The Maynwarings

Digger Cartwright’s book, The Maynwarings, got more and more complicated, dynamic, and twisted with every page. Every time one issue got resolved, something else would spring up. Then all of a sudden a former issue reemerged and got reinvented. The thing to remember with this book is to be ready for anything!

I really took a liking to our protagonist, Barron, though he is far from perfect! Many times he seemed to me to be unpredictable and enterprising, which made him an engaging character from the get go. As new characters and background gets introduced throughout the storyline, readers find themselves following very closely in the details. Several climactic points with virtually no dull moments allows this book so much potential for popularity. Just a compelling and extremely interesting book to get locked in with.
