Doubt (Among Us Trilogy)

The first book of the Among Us trilogy set the bar very high. It contained dynamic characters and a compelling storyline that was not only unique and original, but crafted to perfection. The author allowed her characters to develop in ways that allowed the reader to get the full picture about their motives, their thoughts, and what decisions would be made. It’s definitely full of adventure, there’s plenty of witty dialogue, and you will be thinking about it for weeks later. Doubt introduced me to an unknown world, to say the least.

I appreciate this body of work by Anne-Rae Vasquez in that it was well-written and flowed naturally. In fact, I think it’s safe to say that in the young adult, dystopian, science-fiction genre, Doubt stands out and leaves readers eager to jump into the rest of the trilogy.
